1. Respect for intellectual property
Copyright owners and authorized representatives may contact the site operator about material they believe infringes their rights. This page is a general reporting procedure and does not imply that the operator has determined whether any specific material is lawful or infringing.
2. What to include in a notice
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) or location(s) of the material at issue, with enough detail to identify it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature, where required.
3. Where to send a notice
Send the notice to the operator’s designated copyright contact. Before publication, add a monitored copyright email address and the operator’s legal name and address if required. Do not rely on a general WhatsApp number as the only formal notice channel where the law requires designated agent details.
4. Review and response
We will review sufficiently detailed notices and take action where appropriate and required by applicable law. This may include requesting additional information, restricting access to material, or forwarding a notice to a relevant service provider.
5. Counter-notices
Where a counter-notice process is available under applicable law, the affected party may submit the required information through the designated contact. Do not use this section as a substitute for the specific legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Misrepresentations
Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading claims may have legal consequences. Notices should be made in good faith and should identify the exact material at issue.
7. Jurisdiction-specific details
If relying on the United States DMCA, verify whether the operator must register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and include the legally required information and process. Other countries may have different notice-and-takedown rules. Obtain legal review before publishing.
